“It’s what a hug tastes like”

While our dried fruit is a healthy and natural snack for anyone, Uncle Mikey’s Coconut Candy is a little more of an indulgent treat. Toasty and nutty, the caramelization on each delicious morsel will leave you wanting more.

Whole coconuts are transformed into this bite-sized snack, a process that takes about 3 days total. A true labor of love.

We are currently playing around in the test kitchen, and we’re always testing out new flavor combinations. So far, our favorites are espresso and cacao.

The addicting quality of this candy has been likened to that of an illicit street drug that rhymes with “track”, but Uncle Mikey’s daughters have persuaded him against adopting the term as an official nickname.
